The Indian Shoals Landing HOA consists of a Board of directors that are elected to lead, serve and advance our community on behalf of all residents. The Indian Shoals Landing community is managed by Exclusive Association Management, Inc.

The Board meets at minimum, annually. Meetings are held on Zoom and are open to all homeowners. Homeowners wishing to address an issue should contact the Community Manager. Any issue that cannot be resolved by the Community Manager is escalated to the board.

HOA dues are assessed at the start of each year and due by February of the year. To pay any dues, home Owners may access the Property Management Portal by logging in.
