The sidewalks and trails are for the recreation and enjoyment of residence of the community. Please share sidewalk and trails rules with your household so that the sidewalks and trails are accessible, clean and enjoyable for everyone
ACCESS TO SIDEWALKS: Ensure the sidewalks in front your homes are not blocked and are accessible by residents.
ACCESS TO TRAILS: Report any fallen trees that block the asphalt trails to Gwinnett County Department of Transportation. Report any fallen trees that block the nature trails to the HOA.
TRASH: Please ensure all sidewalks in front of your home are free from trash or debris.
Any party using the sidewalks and trails within the Indian Shoals Landing community indemnify the Indian Shoals Landing HOA (including its board of directors, officers and other representatives) against any claims that may be asserted by their use of the sidewalks and trails (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs)
