Court hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

Basketball court reserved for Indian Shoals Landing homeowners who are current on their HOA account (and their guests only). Homeowners must accompany their guests at all times.

Players are responsible for keeping the court clean and free of litter.

Use court at your own risk.

No food, gum, glass or alcoholic beverages.

Use only your own towels and water bottles.

Proper attire and footwear must be worn at all times.

Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older. Teens 16 and over must control themselves and remain orderly.

When a vehicle, bicycle, moped, motorbike, is parked on the basketball court, the basketball court should not be used. Parents will be held financially responsible for their children and damages in this regard.

Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, football, soccer, futsal ball are prohibited.

Do not use the basketball court when it is wet.

No profanity or obscene language.

Do not hang on the rim.

No pets allowed.

Any party using the basketball court within the Indian Shoals Landing community indemnifies the Indian Shoals Landing HOA (including its board of directors, officers and other representatives) against any claims that may be asserted by their use of the basketball court (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs).
