Playground equipment is designed for ages 2-12. 

Playground open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

Young residents ages 2-12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Use of playground equipment is at your own risk.

No pets allowed at the playground area.

Playground and amenities area are drug-free play zones.

No skateboards, roller blades, scooters, bicycles, mopeds, motorbikes or vehicles in playground.

Do not use wet playground equipment. Slip and fall can occur.

Do not use hot playground equipment. Skin burn can occur.

Only one person per swing at a time.

No jumping off slide.

Proper attire and footwear must be worn.

No rough playing or yelling permitted.

No profanity or obscene language.

No glass or bottles, food, gum or alcoholic beverages in play area.

Adults supervising kids that are using playground equipment are responsible for keeping play area clean and free of litter.

Play area reserved for homeowners who are current on their HOA account/dues (and their guests). Homeowners must accompany their guests at all times.

Any party using the playground equipment within the Indian Shoals Landing community indemnifies the Indian Shoals Landing HOA  (including its board of directors, officers and other representatives) against any claims that may be asserted by their use of the playground equipment (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs).
