Court hours from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

Tennis, Pickleball and Backboard court reserved for Indian Shoals Landing homeowners who are current on their HOA account (and their guests only). Homeowners must accompany their guests at all times.

Players are responsible for keeping the court clean and free of litter.

Do not abuse net, scoreboard, chair, roller, ball basket, backboard or other equipment.

Do not sit on tennis or pickleball net

Do not use tennis or pickleball net as a sling shot.

Use court at your own risk.

Do not use the tennis, pickleball and backboard court when it is wet.

Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, bicycles, vehicles, mopeds, motorbikes, football, soccer, futsal ball are prohibited. Parents will be held financially responsible for their children in this regard.

Courts are to be used for tennis, pickleball and backboard play only.

No food, gum, glass or alcoholic beverages.

Use only your own towels and water bottles.

Proper attire and tennis shoes must be worn at all times.

Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting.

Children age 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older. Teens 16 and over must control themselves and remain orderly.

Please close gate at all times.

Climbing of fences is prohibited.

When leaving the court, turn off the lights.

Renters should engage the owner of their home for access to the court.

No profanity or obscene language.

No pets allowed.

Any party using the tennis, pickleball and backboard court within the Indian Shoals Landing community indemnifies the Indian Shoals Landing HOA (including its board of directors, officers and other representatives) against any claims that may be asserted by their use of the tennis, pickleball and backboard court (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs).
