Indian Shoals Landing has greenspaces, accessed through the amenities area, that allow residents to experience the natural beauty of nature. The greenspaces are for the recreation and enjoyment of residence of the community. Please share sidewalk and trails rules with your household so that the sidewalks and trails are accessible, clean and enjoyable for everyone

• ACCESS TO GREENSPACE: Ensure the greenspaces are not blocked and are accessible by residents. Report any fallen trees that block the greenspace to the HOA

• TRASH: Please ensure all  greenspaces are free from trash or debris. 

Any party using the greenspaces within the Indian Shoals Landing community indemnify the Indian Shoals Landing HOA  (including its board of directors, officers and other representatives) against any claims that may be asserted by their use of the greenspaces (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs)
